The Mental Health Foundation has a fantastic website to support mental health in New Zealand. It also has great tips on dealing with Covid-19 during our current times.

They have a section on their website to help those who are living with COVID 19 or in self-isolation. There are heaps of strategies and activities to help with your mixed emotions and how to cope with being isolated at home.

They also have some great tips for healthcare workers, especially with the ongoing stress and pressures that our healthcare workers are facing.

Lastly, they have a section on the impacts of your work and having to adjust to new ways of working with Covid-19.
