Kia ora. Ko Tim tōku ingoa. I began teaching at Prebbleton School in 2021. I am Christchurch born and bred but I have spent most of the last two decades living and teaching in Melbourne, Australia. I have mainly taught Years 3-6 during this time and I’m particularly passionate about increasing students' interest and understanding of mathematics. 

I love music and skateboarding, and spending time with my wife Kate, my son Everett and daughter Maisie. We also have a much loved mini-schnauzer named Trevor. In the past I have been fortunate enough to travel reasonably extensively and I really enjoy spending time in places like South Korea (where I lived and taught English) and the United States, which has the best places for skateboarding!
