Kia ora kotou. Ko Jo tōku ingoa. I grew up in Waihōpai Invercargill, spending my late teens and early 20s in Ōtepoti Dunedin. While Ōtautahi Christchurch has been home for more than 25 years, this southern girl still backs the Highlanders, 100%.

I joined Prebbleton School in a full-time capacity in 2012. With over 27+ years of teaching, I have taught at every year level. I feel grateful and privileged to be part of such a wonderful school community. As Deputy Principal, my focus is on developing curriculum and assessment practices across our kura, as well as the coordination of any special education needs (SENCo). My mission is to make sure learning is fun and ‘awe-filled’. Outside of school hours I love spending time with my family and friends, frequenting cafes, travelling, walking in the hills and camping in the Tasman district.
