Our Creatives in Schools artist, Justine, has been hard at work over the last two weeks, taking in-class art sessions with our ākonga. Justine has been coaching the tamariki in the skill of drawing. There have been some fabulous fish, insects, native plants and bird creations that will be part of the planned mural to be displayed at the end of Awa block. It has been wonderful to see the collaboration and creative thinking going into the planning of this cultural masterpiece.
