The Team 5-6 students and teachers are currently ornithologists in training! Next time you pull out a NZ bank note or coin, there is a high chance your child will be able to tell you a bucket-load of information about the famous bird on it.

We have loved having Justine, a local artist, working in our hub. Keep an eye out for the beautiful collaborative mural that will soon be showcased at our kura; of course, pay particular attention to the manu (birds).

 Year 6 Camp - it was worth the wait!

After being evacuated from our camp at the beginning of the year, we were beyond excited for our replacement camp date to roll around. From archery tag, swimming puzzle races, rock climbing and animal survival; all camp challenges were willingly accepted by this fabulous group of year 6 tamariki and parent helpers.
