ACE's is a programme designed to support children who have experienced parent separation.

Mana Ake are running a new programme called ACEs which is designed to support children who have been through a parental separation and may need additional support. 

The six one-hour sessions focus on:

*Normalising that every family looks different.

*Exploring that families always change and the reasons for the movement.

*Validating and exploring emotions attached to change with a specific emphasis on identifying and handling worries.

*A bright future—What are their hopes and dreams moving forward.

This programme runs for 6 weeks and is free. It is run after school once a week 3.30-4.30pm in Rolleston. The dates are to be confirmed.
