Teaching for me has been a passion since my Primary School days. A dream fulfilled when my children were in their High School years. Bringing a wealth of life experiences and those of raising a family, have given me a good grounding and insight as a teacher. Something I have been doing for 20+ years. Most of my teaching experience has been In Auckland particularly in the very culturally diverse areas of South Auckland.

My other roles are that of a Mother (of two) , a Nana (of three ) and more recently a Great Aunt. My family is the heart of all I do. I have an interest in The Performing Arts and am still active in taking regular Ballet classes and the odd performance.

I have found my teaching home at Burnham School and am proud and privileged to be part of this wonderful community of teachers and whanau, but most of all to feel valued, as I value each and every one of the students here.
