On Friday the 8th of June 2018, 14 tamariki from our kura were selected to go to Horncastle Arena to watch the Rams basketball game.

• When we got to the stadium it was packed full of people so we had to make sure we stayed together so no one got lost. The crowd at Horncastle arena was the biggest ever with 6000 people watching the game. It was really fun and interesting. 
• During their breaks Mai Fm chose two people from the crowd to come onto the court and have a free shot blindfolded. If you got it in the hoop you got $300 or a UE boom. In between each quarter a few girls would come onto the court and do a dance. 
• The Rams were winning at first but then the Saints started to catch up and the Saints ended up winning 91-80.
