The Corcoran French Kaiapoi Art Expo - July 8th-9th.

Whaea Michelle was so proud of Kiwi class and their stunning space inspired artwork they worked hard on during term 2.  The masterpieces were exhibited at the Kaiapoi Art Expo during the school holidays.  There were multiple steps to complete the art pieces and they looked absolutely amazing - you could say they were, 'out of this world'!  

This is how we created our artwork:

We first captured a photo of ourselves in space as astronauts. Next we painted our star background, then used glue and glitter to make our spiral portal. We painted our planets using balloons and mixing colours. Our spaceship was created online with Seesaw using shapes. We then glued it together to make our very own universe.
