Monday 3rd February 2025 : Ara Ako - Goal setting, meet your Kaiako

On Monday 3rd February we have our Ara Ako goal setting Hui. This is a 10 Minute hui to discuss your child's goals for the year and meet with your child's Kaiako.

It is important that you are able to attend as a whānau so that we are partnering together to support your child and their learning. We love being able to contribute with you so that we are all working from the same page.

You can make your booking from your HERO app.

Log into your HERO app and navigate to School Bookings.

1. Navigate to the School Bookings event and click ADD or MANAGE BOOKINGS

2. This will display a table of all available slots for your child.

3. A colour key provides you with information on the status of each interview slot.

4. To add a booking, click a GREEN slot. The booking popup will be displayed. Clicking CONFIRM will secure the interview slot.

5. Once a booking is made all other slots will become unavailable to prevent duplicate bookings.
