We are so lucky to have our Mana Ake kaimahi working with our tamariki and
whānau. Mana Ake provides wellbeing and mental health support for children of primary school age.

We have an opportunity for you to come along and spend time talking to one of theMana Ake kaimahi through a Whānau Drop in Session. A Drop In session is an opportunity to talk over any concerns you have for your child/children with a professional from Mana Ake.

Some of the kaupapa that you can see the Kaimahi about are:

1. My child has anxiety

2. I need help with my teenagers

3. It’s hard to get my tamariki to school on time

4. My partner and I have separated and I want to know how to best support my child.

5. My child is always on their device and when I ask them to come off they get angry with me.

6. My child gets angry when they are not able to do something and I would like some strategies on what to do to help.

Our first Drop in session is on Thursday 23 rd June, 1-3 p.m. The appointments are usually for 40 minutes each.

If you would like to see someone about anything at all please call Berniece in the office and she can book you in.

They are also willing to give you a call if you are unable to make these times.
