Matua Tautoko is a group of whānau from our kura that help at events to raise money, comes along to special days to help us and offers support in ways that our team of kaiako might need. Please read our article to learn more.

We couldn't do without our Matua Tautoko. Our small team of whānau help to provide our tamariki with the extra's that we are unable to budget for and you can help!

You can help by signalling that you could give time or service to our kura. You could help by joining in on events that are held, you can help by running a sausage sizzle for fundraising and you can help by joining our Matua Tautoko facebook page.

Every term the Matua Tautoko rōpū runs a fundraiser. This terms it's the Easter Raffle. We need people to help cut up the tickets, collect them in and count money. We need people to make up the hampers and remind our whānau to bring in their donations. With everyone's help we can do amazing things.

Next term we will most likely do the Jingo Quiz again. We had over 100 people last year and it was a great fund-raiser for more resources that we are in need of.

Our first hui this year is Wednesday 7th April at 3pm. Please come along to Whaea Kates class to meet and kōrero about what we can do to help our kura. If you can't come just let Berniece know in the office that you would like to be contacted about helping! Every little bit helps.
