In 2020 the teachers union negotiated 8 teacher only days for kura over a three year period. We have only used 5 of these so far because we have had to cancel two due to COVID. 

Our first Teacher Only Day is on Friday 8th April which means school will be closed for instruction. 

These days are so important to us as a team to ensure that we reconnect, continue with professional learning and work together to plan exciting programmes for our tamariki. 

The second Teacher Only Day will be the weekend of Queens Birthday - Friday June 3rd. This will be a kāhui ako teacher only day where we get together with the other 8 kura in our kāhui.  The third date will be in Term 3, tbc.
