Te Mahere Rautaki sets out the strategic direction of Te Kura o Wilford for the next two years.

Developed after extensive engagement with ākonga, kaimahi and whānau, Te Mahere Rautaki explains what is most important to us, what success looks like, and how we know we’ve achieved it. Our strategic priorities for 2024/25 are:

Tuakiritanga | Identity: Dual medium is our defining identity. Everything we do, and how we do it, reflects this.

Kotahitanga | Unity: We are one Wilford team. Ākonga, whānau and kaimahi share and celebrate success as partners.

Panekiretanga | Excellence: Every child reaches their full potential. We deliver excellence through a quality local curriculum.

Whakawhanaketanga | Improvement: Improved physical environment. Learning and play are supported by quality facilities that reflect pride in our kura.

With a new Tumuaki, a new School Board and an active Kaiwhakangao fundraising group now in place, Te Kura o Wilford is in a strong position to deliver on our strategic priorities and realise the aspirations of our community.
