Working Bee - Sunday 30 March 2025
It's this weekend! Come along on Rātapu and join in the fun that is a Wilford Working Bee.
We're calling all hands to help out at our Term 1 Working Bee on Sunday 30 Māehe.
What to bring on the day
• Gloves
• Shovels
• Wheelbarrows
• Secateurs, hedge shears, pruning tools
• Buckets
• Rakes
• Paint brushes/painting equipment.
Where to meet
Please gather around the big tree in the playground for a briefing at 10.30am. We can then direct you to one of the areas we will be working on.
If you would prefer to do some painting there are some seats and planter boxes that need a touch up.
Important information for the morning:
There is a church group who hire the hall on Sunday mornings. Church will be on while we are working. Please stay away from the hall during the working bee.
Children need to be supervised by parents at all times.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available as refreshments in Room 8.
Unless there is rain the Working Bee will go ahead. Information/updates will be posted on Hero.
Put all rubbish and waste into the skip located at our Tennyson Street entrance.
