Monday 6 February: Waitangi Day (observed)

Monday 20 February: Whānau- Teacher conferences (details to follow)

All new students to DHS and their caregivers are cordially invited to attend our Mihi whakatau | traditional welcome on Tuesday 31 January. This ceremony takes place in the school Hall at the beginning of the day to greet all new staff, students and whānau to our school. Students and those whānau who wish to attend are asked to assemble outside the main gate on McLaughlin’s Road by 8.50 am. The ceremony will conclude with kai at about 9.30 am. Year 7 students will remain at school for the day, all others are free to head home.
