Our awesome Darfield High School rowing students made their mark at the South Island Secondary Schools Regatta at Lake Ruataniwha in Twizel. Representing DHS with exceptional pride, Mackenzie Rowlands, Inez Peters Busch, Isla Messerer, Chloe Crequer, Bridget Moir, Sam Lindores, Indie Crowe-Eaton, and Mason Jessop showcased their determination, skill, and teamwork.

Sam Lindores finished 7th in the B Final of the Boys U18 Single Sculls, while Mackenzie Rowlands and Inez Peters Busch finished 8th in the B Final of the Girls U15 Double Sculls.

As part of their outstanding contribution, several of our rowers were also chosen to present medals to the podium winners, a true reflection of their dedication and pride in representing Darfield High School.

All of our rowers exceeded expectations and displayed incredible sportsmanship throughout the event. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for representing Darfield High School with such dedication. We look forward to doing it all again next year!
