Program of events

Friday 27th Feb

• 12pm onwards - Registrations Open

• Student Welcome

• Classes are open for viewing from 1pm

• Afternoon Tea in the hall from 3pm

• Social evening beginning from 5pm,  Food Provided, drinks available at your own cost

• 10pm the night finishes

Saturday 28th Feb

• 11.30 to 12.45pm - Registrations Open

• Formal Welcome on the Quad, Speeches

• Uniform parade - old and new

• 2pm - tree planting

• Formal Photos from 2.30pm - year groups to be determined closer to the date

• School is Open for inspection

• Sports events will take place around the school

• Memorabilia can be viewed in the Hall

• Afternoon Tea served from 3pm in the Hall

• Drinks from 4.30pm

• Meal - Food trucks will be available all evening for you to purchase food if you wish

• 10.30pm - last drinks served

• Shuttles will be available if required at a minimal cost

Sunday 1st March

• 10am Church Service at the Trinity Church, Darfield

The cost for the weekend is $65 per person which includes:

• Registration

• Welcome Pack

• Afternoon tea on Friday

• Continuous Food Platter Friday Evening

• Afternoon tea on Saturday

Memorabilia will be available to pre order and ready to collect at registration.
