Upcoming Annual Careers Expo
At the start of term two, Darfield High School students and their whānau, will have the opportunity to interact with 25+ tertiary education and vocational providers from around New Zealand, at our annual DHS Careers Expo held on Tuesday 07 May 2024.
We have some exciting new providers on board, including Fire and Emergency, Avon City Ford Training Services, Camp Counsellors USA and Hanmer Springs Thermal Hot Pools. We will also have the return of the popular and interactive NZ Police stand and the Road Metals Truck. The providers will be offering a range of learning opportunities, that will encourage our students to broaden their horizons and think beyond the obvious about their futures and how they can gain experience, qualifications and scholarships.
