Target Shooting Success

A week of Shooting Successes and Firsts.  At the National Target Shooting Outdoor Nationals held at McLeans Island from the 18th to 25th Feb Ryan Booth showed great consistency to take out some top competition spots. The conditions for outdoor shooting during the week were less than ideal with blistering temperatures for the first two days and then cool, damp, windy conditions from Wednesday. Ryan was selected for the following teams Wakefield (Top 10 NZ) – 1st time in this team Slazenger (Top 20 NZ)NZ Juniors vs Australia (Top 3) – 1st time in this team NZ Junior Drew Team (Top 10)NZ Junior Drew Men Team (Top 3) - Captain this year and received the following Medals and trophies...B graded aggregate 1st place Combined B grade championship. Association Team 1st place Junior Men 1st place 

Ryan was also part of the North v South Team - where the South took it out, winning for the first time since 2007. An Amazing effort Ryan - congratulations and well done.
