Under 15 Rugby - Rural Livestock Tournament

Monday morning in Central Otago was rather chilly, the team played South Otago, a good first up game and took it out 20-17.  Followed by a physical match against St Kevins, going down 31-3. 

Day two the team had the game against Taieri at 9.30am, losing 31-3, then they took on and inform Wakatipu HIS and overcame them 21-19.

We finished the round robin matches 8th equal with South Otago, but they got through to top 8 ahead of us on 'For' points.

We played St Andrews for 9/10th on Wednesday morning.  The lads were up to the task and ran all over St Andrews putting down 8 tries to their 3.  Final Score 54-21.

A great tournament, everyone had good game time, and luckily we made it through with minor injuries.

Massive thanks to our fab year 13 coaches, Mason and Louis, you are true role models and we really appreciate all the hard work and effort you have put into these young ones.
