YES Success

We're thrilled to share the remarkable success of Molly and Jayden from Cup Boost at the recent Ōtākaro North regional finals of the Young Enterprise Scheme. Competing against top teams in the region, Molly and Jayden clinched the top spot with their outstanding pitch to a panel of influential local entrepreneurs.

The judges, including four-time judge Rachel Triplow, a Trademark and Copyright Lawyer with aRc Legal, commended Molly and Jayden for their clear identification of the problem their product aims to solve, innovative product diversification and marketing potential, and the sustainable use of recycled plastics with the possibility of further upcycling.

Congratulations to Ann-Marie Ozanne, who was recognised with the Regional Distinguished Mentor award for her unwavering dedication to guiding Cup Boost throughout the year.

Now, with this regional victory under their belt, Molly and Jayden are gearing up to compete against the winners of the other 22 regions at the YES National Finals in Wellington on December 5. We wish them the best of luck in this next exciting chapter of their YES journey!
