What a fantastic picnic day this year! We were lucky the weather held (just), and the children and families were able to enjoy all the activities organised by the staff. A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day a great success.

The Bouncy Obstacle Course, by Tobyn Year 3, Studio 8

On Friday at the KBS picnic, Millar and I went on the bouncy obstacle course.

First we took our shoes off. After that we lined up. Then I said to Millar, “Are you ready?” We zoomed and we jumped up a wall. Later we jumped up a big wall.

Finally we were running back. I want to do it again.

Just Dance - by Ashleigh, Year 8, Studio 8

On Friday at the KBS picnic, Isabel and I were doing Just Dance in Studio 8.

First we chose a dance, and the dance looked awesome! I couldn’t wait to dance to it. Finally it loaded. The song was called Timber. It was really funny because at the end the girl jumped on the panda’s back.

Zorb balls - by Riley, Year 3, Studio 8

Levi and I on Friday were at the KBS picnic. We went on the zorb balls.

First we jumped in and we knocked people over. He sneaked up on me and I flipped! Then I took off the straps. We were laughing our heads off! And we did it again.
