It is term 1 and that means hats must be worn every day.

If your child forgets to bring their hat to school, they will need to play in the designated shaded areas for the day. If your child does not yet have a hat, or needs a new hat, they can be purchased from Kaiapoi Monograms on Hilton Street for $18 each.  All hats (and other uniform) must be named.  You can ask Kaiapoi Monograms to embroider your child's name on the back for a $5 charge. This has been super effective for returning hats quickly to their rightful owners 😃.

We are very grateful to have received a grant from Foodstuffs to purchase a limited amount of 'spare' hats. These have been embroidered with SPARE on the back. These hats must stay at school and are only used when a child forgets their hat. If one happens to arrive home by accident, please send it back to school the next day.
