The Kaiapoi Borough School Parent Teacher Association (KBS PTA) is made up of parents and staff aiming to support our students through events and fundraising at Kaiapoi Borough School.

The KBS PTA is a parent driven organisation working hard for the benefit of all students. The PTA has obtained Charitable Status, and participation in the PTA is voluntary.

A key role of the PTA is to assist our school with fundraising for different projects supplementing operational funding provided by the Government. 

The KBS PTA see the role as:

• Supporting the school to function as a community
• Being an important link between the parents and the school
• Organising fun and successful social events for all to enjoy
• Fundraising for special projects

PTA meetings are held once a month. These are open to anyone who wishes to participate. Your input and ideas are truly appreciated.
