Tania McNamara —

Dear Parents and Friends of the School,

Kia ora koutou.

I look forward to reading every child’s report and commenting on their progress and achievements at this time of the year. A major aim of our school vision is for our children to learn and grow. This involves them taking responsibility for their learning, making good choices about how they learn best, and to also know what their learning goals are and to reflect on these. Mid-year is the perfect time for our children to really reflect on their learning – to understand what it is that they need to learn, what it ‘looks like’ to achieve their goal, and also to identify what they need to learn next.

We are excited to be sending our mid-year reports home on Tuesday. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with your child’s teacher if you have any queries regarding their mid-year report.

Enjoy the weekend with your children.

Kia ora ano tatou

Kindest regards

Tania McNamara
