Ag Day Organisation / Timetable 2023
Ag Day this Thursday 19 October 2023
This is a wonderful Te Puna School tradition. I know there are lots of parents and grandparents of children in the school who will remember the exhibits they made and the certificates they won when they were children.
We are really looking forward to seeing lots and lots of outdoor exhibits this year.
Here is some important information you need to know about the day.
Animals - Goats, Lambs, Calves and Pets
Animals need to be tethered/contained with the things they need in the following areas, please.
- Animals to arrive at school by 9:00 am
- Judging to start at 9.30 a.m.
- Lambs/ Goats/Calves to the Scrim area on the field.
- Other animal entries to the area outside the PE shed
- No dogs or cats
Please don't rock up on the day with an animal that we are not expecting! If you have not registered your animal yet, please do so BEFORE TUESDAY 10th October.
Indoor Exhibits
Every class will be making 2 indoor exhibits at school - you have probably already been made aware of what is needed from home - if you are unsure, please contact your child's teacher.
