Athletics day is on Friday 4th December.

Our athletics day is on Friday this week.

Our day starts at 9.ooam with the junior sprint race heats. Children will then be involved in a rotation of athletic events through until 1pm when the PTA will be selling sausages! At 1:50 we will hold sprint finals for the finalists from year 1 to 8.

Parents, whanau and friends are very welcome and warmly encouraged to come along and support the students at this event. Feel free to stay afterwards and have lunch with your children.

Rotation times for the Seniors are attached below.

Junior rotations are participatory 10-minute rotation activities.

All students will need to be dressed in appropriate clothing i.e.: brimmed sunhat, shorts and a t-shirt.

Also a sweatshirt in case of cooler temperatures.

Please ensure your child is wearing sunscreen.

Please provide a named bottle of water.

Several events require 2 adults to run them effectively. If you are able to help a teacher with the senior events please contact Kylie at kyliec@tepuna.school.nz
