On Friday, 14 girls from year 4, 5 & 6 went to Blake Park for the Give it a go Sports Day. 

Despite the cold wind, the girls had a fabulous time and got to try out some sports they had never played before. This included rugby, rugby league, golf, netball, basketball, football and badminton. The girls showed some fantastic skills and teamwork and we are very proud of the way they represented Te Puna School.

The girls involved were: Sepi Lea'aetala, Olivia Zhang, Atarangi Ratima, Amelia Reed, Magdalena Bowman, Bella ten Velde, Kora Hayes, Teao Hayes, Nina Meehan, Saige Evans, Avalina Janello, Hannah Pomfrett, Lilly Holden, Antares Stevens.
