Last week we took 20 rock climbers from Y4-8 to rocktopia.

Congratulations to Niamh Lloyd Y6 who placed 1st and Magdalena Bowman Y5 who placed 3rd in the Y4-6 girls event.

Congratulations also to Elvis Bowman who placed 3rd in the Y7-8 competition held the day after Y4-6. Elvis was unlucky not to place higher due to his speed time, and the buzzer did not stop.

They challenged by 3 courses, top rope, speed rope and bouldering.

A huge thank you to Bec Lloyd, and Linda Brown for judging, and organising the tamariki, and Cathy Evans for transporting too.
