Our Year 0-2 teachers have been fortunate enough to be granted Professional Development hours by the Ministry of Education to work alongside Clarity Education throughout 2021. 

As a team we will be exploring the foundational skills through the Ready for Learning Framework. This explores what foundational skills children require to be ready, and able to access the curriculum. 

We are particularly focused around 5 crucial areas - Speaking, Seeing, Print, Moving, and Hearing. We are also looking at the 5 Key Competencies within our NZ curriculum- with particular focus for our youngest learners around Managing Self and Relating to Others.
