Duke of Edinburgh
Jasmine Hanrahan, Tasman Cook and Scott Kenton have achieved their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award through the Kete Wana Do the Duke option.
The Duke of Edinburgh Award requires participants to complete four sections at Bronze level: voluntary service in the community, to learn a new skill, to be involved in physical recreation, and to participate in a 3-day adventurous journey.
The Duke of Edinburgh Award is the world’s leading youth achievement award and is open to all 14-24 year olds. Doing the Award is a personal challenge and not a competition against others; it pushes young people to their personal limits and recognises their achievements.
Congratulations to Jasmine, Scott and Tasman.
