Electronic Reporting

We wish to advise all students, parents and whānau that Hagley College reports are going digital!

From Term 2, all regular reporting will be emailed to caregivers, rather than being posted out. This means that all students will receive an electronic report, which will be much faster, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than a paper report.

To help this process along, could you please advise the College as soon as possible of your preferred email address and cellphone number. An email to mydetails@hagley.school.nz with your student’s full name, your email address and cellphone number would be greatly appreciated. Reports will be emailed to the addresses that we have on file for each student’s caregiver(s). Students will also receive a copy of their report, which will be emailed to their Hagley College email account.

If parents/whānau have not supplied an email address, they will be posted a paper version of their student’s report, but this will be issued later than electronic reports have been sent.

The first full reports for the year are due to be issued electronically in the week beginning May 23rd 2016.
