Bailey Reid and Georgia Lohrey did well at the New Zealand National Programming Contest.

They came 29th out of 37 school teams with a score of 16 points. 16 points is a very good score, their score was greater than 7 tertiary and open teams (20 tertiary and open teams took part).

The programming contest is run concurrently at 4 sites, in Auckland, Wellington Christchurch and Dunedin. The Christchurch site was University of Canterbury. They enjoyed the challenge and hopefully will have another go next year.
