We had huge fun in Tāheke last week for the second ever SLANZA School Library Week.

There was a range of activities and competitions, including a Book Title Emoji competition and Character in a Jar, where students had to use the clues provided to discover who the book character trapped in the jar was. We had lots of entries, and six people got all five characters completely right to win themselves a cafe voucher. We also ran a book review competition, with the three winners being Sophie-Rose Rand, James Howey and Chelsea King, and runners up Cj Young, Tanima Mashiat, Annabelle Johnston, Pam Suphasun and Carter Cannons.
