Every year, in the first week of Term 3 school holidays Hagley College run ‘NCEA Preparation Course’ for refugee background students throughout Christchurch.

This year, the Course will start from Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October (from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM) free of charge. Please bring your own lunch. Please register as soon as you can, as there are limited spaces only, via:

At the NCEA Preparation Course, you will get:
Help from NZ registered teachers in various subjects: English, Science, Mathematics, Biology, Economics, etc.Help from bilingual teacher aides and tutors is available who speak your own languages (Farsi, Nepalese, Tigrinya, Somali, Bhutanese, Arabic, Dari, etc.) Test your knowledge and skills by working on the past NCEA papers.
Welcome Students from Year 8, Year 9, Year 10, Year 11, Year 12 & Year 13
