Happy Holidays and Happy New Year

2020 has been a different kind of year – Covid 19 has changed how we work, and how we connect with people and where we can go. We have been lucky in the South Island, able to see friends and go places and to come to Hagley College.

In the primary room, the children have been carrying on with their handwriting, story writing, spelling and mathematics. The older children have been working on long division and the younger children have been working on their mathematics. All the children have been writing creative stories and sharing them. All the children have improved with their handwriting, their story writing an are able to solve harder math problems.
