GIRL’S & WOMEN’S BODY FITNESS
Body fitness is a programme for girls and women from migrant and refugee backgrounds to participate in wellness sessions in a culturally appropriate environment outside their homes.
The majority of participants have not previously been involved in a wellness and self-care class like this before.
Everyone really enjoys the fitness class, where you can make friends and practice English with other participants. The class is relaxing and connections are made across cultures and language differences through physical touch and sharing.
Classes run every Wednesday
