Yoga for Wellbeing is a programme for women and men from migrant and refugee background.

Yoga for Wellbeing is a wellness sessions in a culturally appropriate environment outside their homes. The majority of them had not previously been involved with such a wellness opportunity and self-care like this before. They really enjoy the yoga class, where they can meet more friends, and practice their English with other teachers and class mates. They feel so relaxed from everything while at the class, where connections are also made across cultures and language differences through physical touch and sharing. Come along to enjoy relaxation with us !

Yoga: Every Wednesday, from 8.45 am to 9.45 am, at Dance Room (P1), Hagley College.
