Policy Review

There are two policies on our website for kindergarten whānau and community to review. Follow the link below to read through the draft versions. Any comments, suggested amendments or questions can be directed to Amanda kaiārahi@tera.school.nz before the 13th of May.

This is part of the Te Rāwhiti kindergarten’s regular review cycle. We will update you when there are other draft policies up for review throughout the year.

Chickens

We have two chickens that need rehoming to take us back to our usual number of 3 chickens, as this is much more manageable on site. We have one elderly chicken that needs a loving home to spend the rest of her days. She is no longer laying and is the original kereru chicken. We also have another chicken that needs a new home, she still lays eggs.

Kaiāwhina

We would love to receive expressions of interest from anyone that is keen to work in the kaiāwhina role on a casual or on call basis. We have regular relief positions that we need to fill and are looking for people that enjoy working in an environment that supports tamariki’s learning. We would also like to hear from registered teachers, with a passion for waldorf education and interested in being on our relieving list, if this is you, please send enquiries to Tashr@tera.school.nz
