Tēnē Koutou e te whānau,

As this has been my last week in my role at Te Rāwhiti, I wanted to say what a privilege it has been to be part of the community in this way. I have a deepened appreciation of our Kaiāko and Kaiāwhina who spend their days with our tamariki, they really are amazing human beings!

 While my work life will be outside of Waldorf Education from next week, it will always hold a special place in my heart. This education is, in my opinion, one of the best around - and I have spent the last 12 years seeing the impact this education has on young people, and it really is quite special.

I am replacing my Te Rāwhiti Kaiārahi hat, with a parent one, and I am looking forward to continuing to participate in the Te Rā/Te Rāwhiti community as Phoenix’s mum.
