Advent wreath making - Sunday 1 December -

Advent wreath making date has been changed to SUNDAY 1 December. 10am till 1pm in the school hall.

At 10.30 and 11.30am there will be a demonstration on how to make the harakeke flowers.

We will be selling some candles. The ones in the image below are $6 each or 4 for $20. EFTPOS will be available.

This year we will not have large amounts of foliage for you to use. You are still welcome to bring your own plus some to share with others.

We will have hot glue guns, harakeke, some driftwood and beach items to decorate your wreath. 

Please bring along......

• Driftwood - dry

• shells

• Bunny tails/dried grass heads etc 

• Pinecones and little pinecones

• Something to be a circular base to build your wreath on

If you are able to bring along a bit more than what you would use it is helpful. 

If you would like to purchase a metal wire base, please email Tash before noon Thursday 28 Nov to pre order. They are $10 each. Please have a look at the wreath in the office to see what the wire base looks like.

Reminder - Parent liaisons - please check with your class teacher to see if they are wanting you to make the class an advent wreath.
