After trialing a new system for a term we have made some changes.....

From the Woodwork Workshop – Introduction to Māori carving. Make your own Pūtōrino (flute). No previous experience required, learn as you go.

As we step over the threshold of the shortest day of the year and in to term 3 it feels like a term filled with possibility.

During the working bee we will be opening up the car park container for a garage sale. Come along and get your whānau a bargain. Proceeds are going to the kindergarten.

On the last day of term Kindergarten celebrated Matariki with their beautiful festival, filled with story, singing, a lantern walk through the grotto's, and some special guests.

Each year this event is a special one for our community. Coming together early in the morning to a gathering circle to reflect and remember the year before.
