Hi I'm Rebecca. I am so delighted to be part of the Grey Lynn School.

I absolutely love teaching and feel privileged to be doing it for the last 15 years. I am a lifelong learner, and I continue to learn every day. A passion of mine is foundation education.

I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my own two wonderful children. Anything outdoors related, especially hiking or swimming. I am an avid reader and love to install the joy of reading with others.

One of my favourite quotes, is by Marie Clay: "If the child is a struggling reader or writer the conclusion must be that we have not yet discovered the way to help them learn."
