Grey Lynn sent two cricket teams to participate in the Inner City Cricket tournament on Wednesday.

Our players enjoyed a sunny, successful and happy day.

The A squad won three matches and finished in the top half of their division. The B squad won all four of their matches and narrowly missed winning their division on run differential.

We would like to thank the parents who assisted with transport to Victoria Park and highlight in particular the efforts of Victoria Wickman and Elke Chillwell Clark who served as scorers throughout the day. Mike Berry ran coaching sessions at school and served as an umpire throughout the day.

Well done to our Grey Lynn teams who were great ambassadors for our school.
