Year 3-6 Grey Lynn School students will be participating in Athletics Day at Grey Lynn Park on Friday 4th November, with a rain date Thursday 17th November.

The events will begin once the students arrive at Grey Lynn Park (approximately 9.30) the students will be involved in tabloid athletics events, which include Run, Jump, Throw modules that they have been learning. Each rotation is approximately 15 min long. 

Please see below the attached summary of the rotations.

When these events are completed we will get together to watch the finals for the sprint races for all age groups.

All students will need to bring:

- A hat

- Running shoes

- A drink of water

- Lunch

The children will be walking to the park at 9.05 and will return to school after eating lunch at the park. Parents are invited to meet us at Grey Lynn Park at 9.30.
