A new planning and reporting framework introduced by the Ministry of Education has resulted in all schools / kura across New Zealand actively working through changes to strategic planning from the beginning of 2024. While we pre-empted these changes in our Board's previous strategic planning cycle and documentation 2022-2024, we are now required to establish 2024-2025 strategic goals to align to a National strategic planning timeline.

We have made positive progress towards the goals set in 2022, which were identified from whānau, community, student / ākonga and staff / kaimahi consultation. The goals were planned to extend into 2024 and there is still identified progress to make. As such, we would like to seek your perspectives to identify if you feel the current strategic goals are still relevant and reflect your priorities for school development over the next two years.
