Hero- Can you log in?
I have assisted a handful of families who were unable to log in to HERO. Have you managed to log in?
Hello parents,
Our updated student management, school reporting, and communication system, Hero has now been up and running for 2 weeks. Have you tried to log in?
If not, please click, https://hero.linc-ed.com/parents/, and follow the instructions. If you had a Linc-Ed account prior to this update the same email address and password should work.
If your email address has changed within the last month then please advise the office as your username/email for Hero must match the email address we have for you in our records.

I have heard that some parents are saying they have not been receiving information or communication about certain events and the main reason for this is because they have not tried to log into Hero. Another reason could be that the email from Hero is going into a Spam folder or the Hero App notification setting is not turned on when using a phone.
We highly recommend installing the Hero app on your phone and making sure your notifications are switched on. This is how you will receive news, updates, and information regarding events, trips and activities throughout the year for your child.
