The Pūkeko Hub took a trip to the Life Education Van and have been learning all about body systems as a part of their Inquiry this term.

This term as a part of our concept of Responsibility - the Pūkeko Hub have been looking at body systems and the responsibilities we have to support these.

As a part of this learning, each home group went to the Life Education Van for two sessions each. These sessions included lots of hands on learning about the digestive system and food groups, a disco, a light show, and of course a cheeky visit from Harold the Giraffe.

Children have continued this learning within the hub this week - delving deeper into different food groups, and body systems. You can see some snippets of the wonderful work we have been doing for Inquiry on display in our Manawa Space.
