On Tuesday 3rd September, Pukeko Hub had United States Space Camp Ambassador to New Zealand Anne Marie Robinson visit.

 As part of their Inquiry learning into the power of Space, the Pukeko Hub invited the United States Space Camp Ambassador to New Zealand Anne Marie Robinson to work with them for a day. The Pukeko tamariki had a fun day learning all about space, including getting dressed up in space suits. 

A highlight was seeing the 'space food' that the astronauts have on the International Space station. Did you know astronaut suits have a velcro strip for their food bag to stick on? 

The children enjoyed a variety of craft throughout the day. The day was 'Out of this World!'
